I thank you all for your help in tring to find out why, and I think I finally figured it out, I believe it is in my secondary bushings, their is too much slop in them which when you pin it, before it opens it bindes and causes the overreving and once that their is enough force to make it open it slams open which causes the drop in r.p.m., so in short I had my secondary in to be looked at and one dealer said it was fine (I doubt he even looked at it) but another said no way it is 99.9% of my problem and I know this guy, he does alot of the testing and diagnosing problems on the new machines up in the mountains with the ski-doo reps.  In fact they were up their last weekend playing with the 2002 800 summit high mark apperently they are having problems with the DPM and running higher octain fuels (blowing them up I think) any way thanks for all the replies guy

THIS SIGHT ROCKS!!!!!!
