yup, your at most of your time is on the needles... gotta take some long runs at half throttle and read the wash. if ya dont know where i`m commin from research it , piston wash is the place to start. ya might be able to go down some in the needles...read that wash, maybe in the mains. when all is said and done and the carbs are done look at the clutch. can you pull more upshift? whats your cruise rpm at? hmn, somptin bout sleds and gas mileage, it aint right... shouldnt havent to worry about it huh? the sleddin world has changed abit over the last decade , hasent it? i would only, only go down in the mains if after some research other folks are doing it and , or your dealer says ok. most sleds are jetted for - 15 f or so... good for wot for at least a mile or so at that temp. if your not in
conditions as such well... proceed, proceed carefully though.
