We will be conducting a youth safety course on December 1st at the Shawnee Volunteer Fire Company, 3747 Lockport Road, Sanborn, NY 14132.

Students (ages 10-17, must be 14 to receive your certificate from NYS Parks) should arrive no later than 9:00 A.M. Parents are welcome to sit in.

Instructors/Instructors in training and anyone else that wants to volunteer to help out (paperwork, etc.) should arrive by 8:30 A.M. If you can't make it on the morning, we can use your help later in the day scoring the tests and completing paperwork.

All students should bring lunch-we will provide soft drinks at lunch and a snack in the morning.

Class is scheduled to run from 9:00 A.M. to 4 P.M. Parents dropping their kids off need to return by 3:00 P.M. (We are not responsible for your child once class ends).

COST: Normally we don't charge anything, but this year we are requesting the donation of a can or cans of non-perishable food for the 'WNY Coalition of Snowmobile Clubs food drive benifitting the Foodbank of Western New York'.

We may have some prizes for whoever brings in the most food. We will also have membership applications/vouchers, super raffle tickets, maps and club stickers!

Pre-registration Required: Call Vera Menard at 716-731-4246 or Gary Broderick at 716-731-1719.
