Here's another question.
I asked this question earlier this fall, but now I have a picture for you all to see.

So around mid season last year, my cab (inside) as you can see in the picture. I started see this red color like dust, I would wash inside but, after another ride it was right back...

Is the clutch ready to be changed?
Clutch adjustment?

Let me know your thoughts...
Thanks again guys,

i had that exact problem on my old arctic cat 580.

I had the clutch rebuilt, and it was still there. I finally decided it was rust from the pipe. Under the shrouds, it was pretty rusty. It was vibrating out and getting thrown around the entire engine.

I took some high temp silicone and sealed the shroud up, and it went away (looked like hell, but it was just a test). I was going to buy a new pipe, but ended up selling the sled before.

good luck,
