got the colt into the garage today, started to tear it apart, found it has no spark

i have 125 pounds on each cylinder which is nice

anywhere know where i can get a set of replacement points for this engine cheap, and what the gap is supposed to be set at i was guessing round .015 to .020 thousands

Points are cheap everywhere. Take a look in under the flywheel & make sure they are not rusted & that they open & close good. I find that points many times isn't the problem & that alot of times the plastic wears fast on the replacement points causing them to need re adjusted after a while. If you go with points I would get the from a Polaris Dealer & ask for ones from Polaris if they still make them not aftermarket replacments.
