Here are a few pictures of the sleds I have done so far. The first is a picture of my 2000 T-Cat's tunnel. The second is a picture under the hood of my brothers 2000 MXZ600(the tunnel is also polished). The clutch cover, bumper braces, and the head are polished.
SWEET!!! Finished MXZ 700 Special Edition last night, and does it ever look nice on the swow. I used autosol and applied it twice on each side and three times on the bumper. Can't wait to get under the hood, hope I can get it done to impress the boys by the weekend.
I have an early 1970s Bombardier Ski-Doo single cylinder. I need to lower the primary clutch engagement rpm. What spring and weights would make it possible to lower the engagement of the primary clutch. Thanks for any knowledge you can send my way... Chevysteve.

My snowmobile is skidoo Formula MX XTC, model year 1995. My skidoo front light work poorly (only 3 volts given) and i was wondering where is the battery located? Or does this skidoo have battery at all? Engine is rotax 467. Anyway there is something wrong with electrics.
I ride a 2001 ski doo touring 500fan, and over the past year have spent a lot of time fixing issues with it (it was sitting unprotected in a backyard for 5 years). I cleaned the carbs, fixed some electrical contact issues, and redid much of the fuel system. It used to bog down when I went past...
First time for the season the brakes lockup and got hot. and continued to do it all day. So replaced the caliper and dot 4 brake fluid cleaned reservoir and tried brakes seemed to work fine. Go out again brake lockup.
Can my rotor be warped causing this brake up?
