I wanted to know what degree helix i should use in a 660 foot race. The machine is 94 v-max with slp pipes . The stock is 39 degree , what about 43 - 39 would it make any inprovement, any info would be helpfull. THANKS ???
Yes this helix will shift out quicker and also maintain a good backshift for trail riding. You probably can use a steeper straight cut helix for drag racing .Your clutch will shift very aggressive up but will not backshift fast enough for on /off power delivery. Also play with your spring tension on your secondary.Looser shifts quicker, tighter is slower.Hope this helps.Have fun!!!
