hey guys
i just repaced my track on my snowmobile and i was wounderin , the sprocket inside the chain case should that be torked to specification, or juss put it on tight at u can or u juss have it snugged up?

i just tightened the one on my wifes 93 when i changed the track.she has gone a little over 800 miles with no problems.no metal shavings on the dip stick yet.i always pull the chaincase apart at the end of the season and check it out and change the fluid.so i figure i will inspect it at that time.

i didn't reef on it but i also went a little better then snug.i didn't want to break the bolt off lol

clean the oil from
the theads and put some locktite on it.tightness depends on the length of your tool.1/4 drive ratchet you can get rite into it.3/8 drive a little tighter than snug,1/2 drive:be careful.!!!
