I want a 300/380 spring, is that even possible? Where would ya go for something like that? doo offers a 260/380, a 280/410 which actually I have but a 300/380? , what to doo?

well, the only reason i can think of you needing that spring is because you want fairly high engagment on a low revving engine(and it being a 300 point load for engagement and 380 shift, hmmmm sounds like you clutching something like a 600) if i were you, i would just find some ramps to get it to engage high and harder(PX ramps if set-up properly are nice) and then use one of your springs and adjust the pin weight
you might as well buy some adjustable pins(either ski-doo or thunder shift) and maybe even try some titanium arms(if its a racing sled, they are too light for trail riding(usually need to put too much pin weight in em and doesn't shift very good)
