I got a replacement Legend Cx from Garmin & I'm trying to transfer my previously unlocked copy of City Navigator North America V 8.0. I get a message sying "Map is Locked" on the screen.

I enter the unlock code & get a message on my computer that the map is unlocked, but when I attempt to transfer a file using the CNNA maps, I get the message.

Has anyone had this happen? Is there something on their website or do I have to contact Garmin directly?

I emailed Garmin Wednesday. Their reply was to call them. I phoned Thursday night & got a new unlock code. Up & running OK now :thumbsup: .
