Service Bulletins

Does the service bulletins only have to be performed by the dealers? The reason I am asking is Where I live there is no polaris shops or any shops for that matter. And all wrenching we do up here is by ones own. But we buy our machines from out of town and only way to get them in/out is fly them by air as there is no roads and that would cost well over $2000 Cdn to ship them to dealer and back. :bash:

Can we request the parts and do them ourselves? Or do I have to order the parts and pay them out of my pocket?
