Hi guys, I am semi newbie and I don't mean for this to be a general Q&A board, but I want a decent answer and figured I would try here. I have an '02 mxzx700 (all stock), but I HATE the engine braking effect when letting off the gas. I have done quite a bit of reading up on general clutching theory, but have no real world experience of clutching modifications. That being said, it seems like I need to put in a softer spring in the secondary (RER)....I already went from the black that was in it to a purple with little difference. I also want it to easily cruise 70 mph without having to keep the throttle halfway open! I kept hearing about the torque these twins are supposed to have, why is it not exploited??? What should I do next, still a softer spring in the secondary? Feels like a 4 speed car stuck insecond gear, great for the twisties, not good for the highway......I would appreciate any suggestions, thanks!!!
