Oh the old Olympics. I used to have one of those, a '73 Olympic 340 Twin. Nice power, OK handling, lots of fun.
To get the belt off get a screw driver and pry apart the clutch and twist the belt off to the right(if your sitting on the sled) and it should come off just fine. Can have trouble getting that clutch apart.
Take the clutch guard off, hold the brake, and pull toward the rear on the top of the belt. The driven should spread open. Grab the top of the belt close to the driven and roll forward over the top edge of the driven clutch. When its out of the driven, just pull it back a little and take it off the drive clutch--to reinstall, reverse this procedure.
