ON my 2003 F7 EFI... if im coming up to a stop and use the brake to come to a complete stop the seld will stall. It will restart immediately. Shop found no issues on the electrical side of things. any suggestions....

Sounds like the secondary may not be downshifting quickly enough. Any issues with the bushings, shoes/rollers or cleanliness?

Check the primary too. If the weights are worn or the bushings are shot the clutch can stick and won't release the belt. Had that problem on an old Indy 400 many moons ago

Also check and make sure brakes are letting go right away. Brakes can cause a lot of problems.
