Could someone explain what exactly the t.r.a. bolts change as you go from 1 to 6 ? Does this have an effect at acceleration or at top speed?

the tra clickers (or bolts) change the RPM speed. each click is approximatly 200-250rpm. max engagement on say an mxz 600 is 8000rpm, if your going full throttle and u notice its only going say 7800rpm, then click up (if your setting is on 3 then go to 4), and it should go up to 8000rpm. and i dont think that they affect acceleration and top speed. they are VERY helpful if you have a clutch kit, and your not getting max rev, u can click up a notch and get where u wanna be. on another clutch you would have to adjust everything.

Sled crazy is correct on the rpm change, what the bolts do is change the ramp angle, pos. 1 would give a faster up shift good for a drag race and pos. 6 would shift slower staying in a lower gear ratio good for hill climbing ect.
