We've been losing our snow for several weeks so the tundra had gotten pretty bare down low. Tuesday, my wife nad I went for a ride to try her new snowmachine and we pretty much went anywhere we wanted to - the recent snow has given us a good cushion once more. It was 8 degrees Fahrenheit this morning so it'll still be awhile. The "high" country (above 1000 feet) is great snow yet. Global warming isn't a bad thing for everyone
Yeah, so the last of our snow melted a week ago, yet on Wednesday evening I made the turn onto my road and here was this peculiar (yet familiar) muddy track crossing the asphalt from ditch to ditch--yes, believe it or not, someone had been out on their sled. I almost pooped!
