i unpluged kill switch on bars due to hesitation and it works fine plug it back in same thing. i have read you can change the tps bushings to cure this,or is it the switch . does anybody know were the bushing are(fuel rail, ect)and how do you change them read it takes minutes and doesnt cost very much

should be the bushings in your throttle handle,,,, simply pop the pin out and pull your throttle lever,,, your bushings are right there,,, cheap and easy to fix.

It is the TSS, not TPS, and like Puree said the bushings are for the throttle pivot pin. A couple of bucks and about five minutes and you are done. When you have the pivot pin out clean the switch accutator pin by spraying WD-40, or similar down the hole to flush out gunk, displace water and lubricate the mechanism. Check the part number you need on the online microfische.
