In the Arctic Cat manual it says to use a pull scale that measures 20lbs of pull force on the bottom of the track. It says measures the deflection from the bottom of the Hyfaxes to the top of the inside of the track. If some one knows the measurement it would be of great help? And or any tips for doing this would be appericated/

In the front of the Arctic Cat manual it lists the specifications for all models, including track deflection.  Look for your model.  Most models are 1 1/2 to 1 3/4" deflection.

I put a 20 lb dumbell on the inside of the track because I didn't want to lift me sled 3' off the ground to hang a weight.  Worked great.  Left the weight on while I tightened it up.

Thanks Z570SS.  I went to the local Bait and Tackel shop and pickiped up a pull scale that goes from 0 to 50 lbs. Lifted it up the back of the sled with the front loader on my tractor and it made life adjusting the track easy. The pull scale was only $10 bucks.
