I've replaced belts by grinding off all the rivets and replacing them on the new/used one. Or I've also put on new all rubber tracks by changing drive sprockets and getting away from those dumb cleats. Look for another junk track and salvage a usable belt.

Good luck.

I once tried to make some cleats out of 1" angle aluminum that I had sitting around here,,, I cut it in the correct lenghts and riveted it to the track like it was before,,,, I was king for a couple days then realized,,,, ya need to buy a new track,,, I ended up getting a pretty nice one for 50$ and didnt have another problem with it,,,
