I bought a set of gmrs walky talkies, 2 helmet mic & speaker kits for under $250 for all. They are not voice activated, they are activated with a switch that you mount on your handle bars. I find they work good, you get alot better distance & the walky talkies are not just limited to your helmet :thumbsup:

after trying the walkie talkies, I tried both the colletts and the chatterbox last year and the extra money was well worth it. The talk distance on both are great compared to the hand held units I was running.
As for them being on the helmets,,, you dont even realize that they are there.

what is the molde and wear did you get them

We tried the push to talk (PTT) switch on the handlebars and found that it kept freezing up in low temps and was worthless.
