I've got a small hole in my seat. About the size of a screw driver tip. You know, like if someone were putzing with the sled and when his 2 year old came over he picked him up and sat on the sled to pretend like we were riding. Man, that was a sick feeling realizing that the lump in my rear pocket was a screw driver!

Anyway, I know it's pretty much hopeless to repair tears in stress points or seems. This isn't, but I think that if I don't do something it probably will tear more. I've seen these but I don't know if they're worth it.

They work great. Heat is the tricky part. Too little and the patch doesn't set, too much and it scorches the area around the patch. Set your iron and practice on an area not normally visible, like maybe the area under the rear flap...

i myself have never seen anyone come out lucky with those kits. there are people that fix that kind of stuff and they love cats in a house that has leather furniture.
