Need to know if its possible to swap my 05 snopro 440 with a zr600 tripple or zr800

Sure, people have done lots of these swaps over the years. A twin would be easier. The problem with most is the pipe fitting.

okay i was also wondering what octane they run on and cant find anyhting

Probably because it's just regular octane unless you add mods to it.
