what are common reasons for my drive belt not rising to the top of pulley.belt is correct and fresh.no high levels of belt dust,alignment looks great too.does age of drive or driven springs effect this and if so which spring.i can manualy move both clutches to their full travel.

Have you tried to test them with the back end off the ground? Maybe it just can't rev like it used to with a person on it. Rings might be wearing down. Try with the track raised and see what happens. I suppose springs get worn out too.

we changed the drive and driven spring on the 76 liquifire I just did and it made quite a difference,,,,
