i decided to rebuild my motor after only having 110 lbs in each cylinder. Its a good thing i did bc the clutch side head has pitting in the combustion chamber:cussing:. Also my rings are pretty well shot considering i can move them off my pistons more than a ring width.... is this much movement normal??? Im deffinitely replacing the rings, but should i replace the crank seals too???? any input is greatly appreciated!!!!

I'd do the crank seals if you plan on keeping the sled ,only because it is 30years old.
Normally they last past 4000 miles
