Yamaha Phazer Fire Breaking Down?

I have a phazer and it was not driven last season but started, and this year i got it out and it fires up good idles good but when you go to take off it sounds like it is breaking down on 1 cylinder. I can give it throtle and it dont go faster or slower. I am not that good with engines and explaining problems.

If you take the plugs out and check them they both have good blue fire. and after running it they are a litte wet.

I put a new coil on it and pulled the magneto out and cleaned it up, I got the carbs cleaned and i think i put the rubber plugs back in the right spots but not sure. if anyone knows where they go that would be help.

I was told that the problem was my source coils or pickup coil. does that sound right?
and when i took the motor out it looks like the crank case was leaking where you split it. but i sprayed either when it was running and it didnt idle up.
thanks for the help

Try checking your starter plungers and cable. Sometimes the cables won't operate smoothly in the sheathing and will keep the plunger up a bit causing a rich condition. Also while your at it polish up the sides of the plunger to remove tarnish.
Is that Phazer equipped with the Yamaha TORS system? If it is that could be the culprit. There is a way to disable it but I don't know how as I have never had a problem with mine.
check choke cables arent stuck or freezin... a break in the cover over the cable will let moisture in and freeze and youll run so rich youll hardly move or even just have bad performance.
to check mine i got it running and warmed up a bit (enough to start without choke when i shut it back off)
then i took the cables off the carbs made sure the cable was pulled out all the way and stuck them back on and started it without using the choke.
some one told me it was the stator plate or source coil/pickup coil. could it be i dont know what either of them do
