Zl 500

Howdy everyone. I have a 99 Arctic Cat Zl 500 And Im having a problem with the carbs. The sled Bogs when I have the air box On and when you take the air box off It's 10 times better. Does Anyone Have the stock settings "How Many turns"for the idle and mixure srews. The Sled sat For two years rebuilt the carbs and this is what I got. The Sled Runs awsome at 4000 plus RPMs. It wont idle and it smokes like hell. Any help Please and Thank you.
