Zr440 Fuel Problems

My ZR440 has been solid, but after filling up the gas tank the sled will bog down and die. I noticed a lot of air in the fuel lines so I bled them out and put them back on, and the sled will take off, but after 30 seconds of riding or so it will bog down and die again. What's the solution?
