Fuel Dripping Out Of Exhaust

I have a 96 zrt600. Started it for the first time this season last night. Had a bit of trouble getting it started and found the floats on 2 of the carbs stuck closed so no fuel to the cylinders. Fixed that and ran great. This morning, I went to start it again and as I turned it over, I noticed fluid dripping out of the pto side exhaust. Not just a little, but enough to fill up the engine mount. My first thought was coolant, but I tasted it and it appears to be fuel. Could this be a choke stuck open? Any help would be appreciated.

CHOKE CABLE!! AS CAT 2000 SAID, GO THRU THE CARBS AND CLEAN/SYNC THEM UP. I WOULD BET THE CABLE NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED(NOT ENOUGH THROW). I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MINE. WHILE THE CARBS ARE OFF, PULL THE REEDS, MAKE SURE THEY LOOK GOOD. AFTER ALL COMPLETED YOU MAY WANT TO CHECK COMPRESSION

I tore all 3 carbs down tonight and cleaned and rebuilt them. Couldn't find anything obvious as I had cleaned and rebuilt them 2 months ago. I'll install and resync them tomorrow. Could any one of the three carbs cause fuel to leak out of the pto exhaust or just that one?

I put the carbs back on and it seems to have fixed the problem. One heck of a big backfire when I went to start it though. Must have been from all that fuel vapor in the bottom of the crankcase. Blew the exhaust pipe out of the header flange. Hopefully I didn't cause any damage. Seems to run O.K. now, I'll do a compression check to see if everything is normal. Thanks for the help.
