thanx everybody for ur input and i checked everything to make sure it was right i finally got gas flow threw the main line but it wont reach the carbs... (by the way its a 440) anyway if u know wut to do from here please let me know

ur diaphragm is either junk, or just dried out.... take your gas cap off and grab a rag and cover the cas opening, get an air compressor and a blow gun and put the gun beside the rag and pressurize the tank A LITTLE BIT! not a lot and look to0 see if fuel goes into the carbs. try from there, otherwise u need a new diaphragm.
did you put new fuel line on it?? it will cost next to nothing and will not hurt you at all,,, if your fuel pump is the diaphram that matty is talking about,,, spend 10$ and get a rebuild kit. Nothing to it and should solve your problem without all the headache.
What year model is your sled. That may help pin down some of the issues with it.
